INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, TELEMETRY / SCADA
I-DCS DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEMS
We aim to develop software and hardware products adapted according to the original engineering designs and different industrial control goals based on a fundamental platform, on the subject of i- DCS (Distributed, Digital Control Systems). This platform named according to i-NOSS is being able to use in fields of Telemetry-Remote Management & SCADA, Interelectronical Systems Control ( Machine to Machine, M2M ), Mobile Control Systems, Unmanned Vehicles, Inspection and Management Sub Systems, Intelligent Buildings and Industrial Automation , according to sectored requirements.
i- DCS has adopted as principle that all the products that it has supplied to the market as should be original designs developed by its own engineers, in its own Research- Development Centre. On the other hand, since it has targeted that the developed products have an occasion of getting marketed in all world markets; compliance with international standards and internationally competitive conditions are the factors that have to be always taken into account permanently.
i-NOSS DISTRIBUTED, INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION PLATFORM
i-NOSS (Network Operated Surveillance System) is a concept of "Distributed, Industrial Flexible Automation Platform". Many applications and products in the product portfolio have been developed by using this fundamental platform. The platform is able to be adapted to different commercial and industrial applications, without difficulty, through its flexible structure and generally targeted building stones;
i-NOSS_IC GENERALLY TARGETTED INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM
Industrial Automation Systems acquiring a new dimension due to the fact that support bars have been replaced by PLCs' and mini panel and recorders replaced by PCs' are actually applied with a success in all fields of the current industrial production. Actually, the '"automation" is an indispensable element in respect of the point that we have actually reached;
PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller ) being one of the fundamental elements of automation is a system composed with a combination of the respective operations together with logic families. In these instruments, timing, counting, aligning and all kinds of combination and successive logic operations are executed through software. For this reason, it is possible to solve complicated automation problems, in a speed and safe manner.
While SCADA Software's (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), considered only as Man Machine Interface (MMI) in the beginning were just software's visualizing data that the have received from PLCs', sending data to PLCs' and storing data directed toward alarm and past time and, having simple reporting specifications; actually they have acquired also the quality of management and information system (MMI - Manufacturing Management Information). Human Machine Interface (MMI) have developed and become an integral part of the interfaces of internet and mobile phones in accordance with the requirements of the communication century.
iCM Control Module
iCM Control Module is a fundamental building stone of the i-NOSS_IC System. Basically, it is a PLC unit through which the 28 Inputs/Outputs I/O (Input/Output) developed upon microcontroller could be entirely controlled; In this system there are beside microcontroller, controller circuits (RESET- Watchdog-Brownout Detection), input-output interface circuits and communication interface circuits. On the other hand, the system includes a constant memory (EEPROM) where operation information are kept and where this information is updated as a result of power loss perception. There are two types of Inputs as Analogue (0-10V, 0-20 Ma) and Numerical. As for the outputs, they are provided as support bar or open collector.
Operation parameters of all inputs and outputs in the module, the relations between themselves and other parameters belonging to the system have got a structure adjustable through duties coming through communication channel developed on RS 485 and operating at the speed of 115.200 bps. In this way the module obtains a structure that is able to operate integrally with new iCM modules to be added to the system against an intelligent control unite that is able both to operate independently and more I/O Requirements. The number of Icm Module to be added to the whole system in this way may be reached totally until 63 x63 that is, 3969 pieces. through the use of other products and , the I/O number that can be also controlled can rise until 3969 x 28 that is 111 132 points .Reliability and correction is kept in the first lace through communication protocol added coding and decoding competences other than particularity of flexibility added through modular structure.
iRM Support Bar Module
i-NOSS_ IC System is another exit unit developed about to operate as integral with IRM Support Bar module, ICM Controlling Module. On the IRM module, there are 8 pieces support bar having an opportunity to use NO, NC insulated one from another of which each one is of 16 Ampere and these support bars ensure the different industrial growth to be controlled by relevant support bars, by controlling via ICM unite on which the IRM module depends .
In the front panel of the module there is a key ( force On/ Off ) turning on and off all exits at the same moment, independently from LED indicator showing the situation of each exit and from control inputs.
Some other parameters related to the module is defined hereunder:
Warning Tension 24VDC
Switching tansion 250VAC
Switching force 4000VA
CosO 1
Power Consuming 5W
ExBxY 86x157x57mm
i-NOSS_LM - ILLUMINATION AUTOMATION SYSTEM
The application that the I-NOSS, Distributed Industrial Automation Platform has been used in its largest way is the I-NOSS Illumination Automation System. The ICM ( Controlling Module ) and IRM ( Support Bar Module ) and also ICC ( Channel Controller ) units being used in the entirely distributed Illumination Automation System are controlled through a special communication protocol developed by a central LM-SCAM, on the RS 485 industrial Standard
Here is supplied a structure where I/O can be controlled on 63x63x28, 110 000. IRM support bar systems are used in the platform in such a way to add day light sensor, proximity sensor to the ICM unite inputs, in such a way that the relevant illumination unites could do turning on or off the relevant illumination unites or turning them on as per level. As for the LM_SCADA, supplying user interface, it has been developed as an Illumination / Building Automation SCADA and has been established in such a way to ensure all distributed system control to be maintained through various sceneries , a simple graphical interface of which the use is largely simple and in a such manner to ensure the reporting to be executed.
Through i-NOSS_LM Illumination Automation System is able to ensure
- All kinds of installation systems to be controlled over a central control system,
- Ensure them to be turned on or out in certain times in direction of need,
- The illumination tools and systems to provide energy saving by being turned out or by reducing their (dim)s, if needed,
- Automatically programming particularity,
- Effective communication opportunity with other systems within the building,
- The productivity and comfort sensibility to be in a highest level,
- To attribute to the productivity increase by providing necessary illumination, heating / cooling,
- Opportunity of optimization of energy and maintenance and labour power being used,
- Mounting easiness, cable and labour saving thanks to intelligent and flexible modular structure ,
- Obtain significant decreases in the staff education and operation costs;
- Providing maximum economy for the energy consumption,
- Following the use duration of all installation systems being used,
- Storing all information belonging to the whole installation system and later on it would be possible to obtain any opportunity for processing and allocating later on.
iCC Channel Control Module
ICC Channel Control Module is one of the fundamental building stones ensuring the general architecture to get enlarged for all I-NOSS Systems and is composed from two different units. Those two modules being called as ICC- Master and ICC- Slave are two different microcontroller module and are linked to each other through a parallel data interface. Specifications of ICC Module; ICC- Slave RS485 is linked to SCADA via RS485 data communication and composes a transparent transition channel between the channel and SCADA.
As for the ICC- Master, it is located in the channel linked to itself as a "O" numbered module, weighs always the control modules being linked to itself , notifies to the central the unavailable modules. All channel information is kept on the tables on the ICC- Master. Any notifications composed at these tables are notified to the central. Since ICC -Master ensures the information of the modules to be reflected by always scanning the channel, it ensures both the channel to operate without being dependent on a central SCADA within the channel itself and, it will be achieved the operation of the channel without being dependent on a central SCADA. Since it is available in the channel as a module, SCADA reaches ICC-Master as a module numbered "0'' in the channel and can reach relevant information that it needs.
